We are now offering Walk and Talk Therapy in green areas throughout Ottawa and the Pontiac.

Give yourself a break from the office. By walking and talking with a trained therapist, you will combine the benefits of exercise, fresh air, and counselling. Exercise promotes the release of endorphins (feel-good hormones) and gets more oxygen to the brain allowing for more creativity and better problem solving. Exercise in nature has been shown to reduce stress, depression and anxiety, and increase self-esteem.

Experience Eco-therapy (healing with nature).
Kayaking, canoeing, and hiking are available as eco-therapy activities during the spring, summer, and fall.
Winter eco-therapy activities include: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
